All products purchased from sheepskinrug.com are covered by our World Wide Guarantee. If for any reason the purchaser or gift recipient is not fully satisfied with the purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will exchange it, issue a credit or gift card or a refund for faulty goods.

what happens when something goes WRONG?

1) Changing an ORDER

Orders just placed can be changed as long as sheepskinrug.com receives an email from the purchaser with 12 hours of the order being placed. Emails to be sent to sales@sheepskinrug.com

sheepskinrug.com will do everything it can to accommodate order changes, however if the order has already been sent our Exchange or Returns or Refunds policies below will apply.

2) Exchanges

Exchanges for another size or color can be made within 7 days of receipt of the order. All exchanges must be in orginal condition and still have the orginal swing tag attached.

sheepskinrug.com requests the purchaser send an email to sales@sheepskinrug.com outlining detail of any exchange.

3) Faulty Goods

Faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the order and still have the orginal swing tag attached.

sheepskinrug.com will immediately replace all faulty goods. If for some unforseen reason sheepskinrug.com is unable to replace the goods as ordered sheepskinrug.com will immediately issue a refund to the pruchasers credit card.

4) Returns

If for any reason the purchaser or gift recipient is not fully satisfied with the purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.

5) Refunds

sheepskinrug.com will undertake to make a refund to the purchasers credit card within the terms and condition listed above in items 1, 2, 3, & 4 above. Refunds will only cover the price charged for the item or items. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Delivery Time

sheepskinrug.com undertakes to ensure that all deliveries are shipped within 5 working days from the placement of the order.

If we are unable to deliver within this time we will contact the customer. We feel it is important that all our customers know the status of their order, a "shipping confirmation email" is sent when a delivery is made to ensure the purchaser/customer is aware the order in on it's way.

Delivery within New Zealand is 1-3 days from time order was shipped.

There are 2 International Shipping delivery time options:

International Air Post with 8-12 working days delivery

or

International Economy Courier with a 3-6 working days delivery


Shipping costs

Orders within New Zealand are delivered by Courier Post and are "signature required". Please note delivery must be to physical address and not a PO Box number.

Orders under $200.00 incur a freight charge of $5.00.

Orders over $200.00 are shipped free of charge.

International Orders

Two shipping options - Cost of shipping is based on weight of the products ordered and destination - choose between:

International Air Post with 8-12 working days delivery

or

International Economy Courier with a 3-6 working days delivery

Insurance Cover

All Orders/Deliveries are covered by insurance against non delivery and damage in transit.

Is It Safe To Buy Online With your Credit Card?

Security Code

The CSC (Card Security Code) is a 3 or 4 digit number that appears on the customers credit card, but is not part of the credit card number. The CSC is also known as the Card Verification Code (CVC) by Visa, Card Validation Code (CVV) by MasterCard. The CSC is an extra security feature of credit cards.

It is not contained in the magnetic stripe information, nor does it appear on sales receipts or billing statements - the customer must have the card in their possession in order to use this code. Card security codes are not raised (they are only printed), so they are not scanned into standard credit card readers. In theory, these numbers are only visible to the cardholder.

When a customer gives the card security code to a merchant, they assist the merchant in verifying that the order is being placed by the card holder.


How to find Security Code on a Visa/Master Card

In the signature box on the back of the card there is a 16-digit credit card number followed by a special 3 digit code that is non-embossed. This 3 digit code is the CSC. In some cases you may be the last 4 digits of the card number with the additional 3 digit security code following.

Currency

All transactions on sheepskinrug.com are made in NEW ZEALAND dollars.

If the purchase was charged to a credit card issued outside of New Zealand, the issuing bank (or credit card issuer) will convert the charge to the currency of the country where the card was issued.

Most International credit card charges attract conversion fees which vary depending on the type of credit card used and the issuing terms and conditions of the card.
